Abstract
É motivo de grande alegria para nosso periódico servir como veículo de divulgação de outras visões e potencialidades no trato com as deficiências, transtornos, síndromes, especialmente em processos educacionais. Ao incentivar (através do nosso foco e escopo) a inter-relação entre educação e inclusão, partimos do reconhecimento de um déficit histórico de referenciais e pesquisas nessa área, que pudessem se somar aos esforços dos professores e outros profissionais. Assim, diante deste novo número publicado, só podemos nos encher de alegria e esperança, ao percebermos que a perspectiva inclusiva tem se feito cada vez mais presente, em processo educacionais, artísticos e culturais. No dia 21 de Setembro comemoramos o Dia Nacional de Luta da Pessoa com Deficiência, e esperamos que essa publicação possa representar os nossos contínuos desejos e esforços de somar nessa luta!
