Statement of Conflict of Interest and Author Responsibilities
Articles published in the Revista de Ensino em Artes, Moda e Design represent the views and contributions of the authors alone and do not necessarily reflect the official position of the journal. Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for declaring any conflicts of interest.
1. All sources of research funding must be clearly disclosed and published, as applicable.
This includes information on:
i. Financial support received for conducting the research.
ii. Involvement in advisory boards or committees of entities that could benefit from the research outcomes.
iii. Sponsoring organizations or individuals.
iv. The role played by funding sources in the design, execution, analysis, and reporting of research data.
Through transparent reporting, we aim to inform the academic community and readers of any potential influences affecting the research results or their interpretation.
Statement of Conflict of Interest and Reviewer Responsibilities
1. The Revista de Ensino em Artes, Moda e Design utilizes a double-blind review process, ensuring that evaluations are conducted solely on the merit of the work. Review decisions are independent of the author's race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, ethnic origin, nationality, geographic origin, political or ideological orientation, or theoretical perspective. Reviewers should not be influenced by the possibility of personal or commercial gain.
Reviewers must:
i. Ensure confidentiality regarding submissions and the review process.
ii. Disclose any conflict of interest prior to or during the assessment.
iii. Justify their decisions with clarity and offer constructive feedback to aid in the enhancement of the work.
iv. Notify the editors of any ethical or technical irregularities identified in the article under review.
