Abstract

El teatro de títeres en el México de hoy, una interpretación. Intento de
señalar y dar cuenta de ciertos aspectos que presenta la situación actual en la que se encuentra el teatro de títeres en México comparándolo con algunos momentos representativos y emblemáticos de nuestra historia sobre el arte de los muñecos, con el doble propósito de dar alguna información sobre el pasado, pero también elementos que permitan comprender el presente. Apunte de debilidades y fortalezas que nos caracterizan.

Carlos Converso, Universidad de Vera Cruz (México)

Diretor teatral, dramaturgo, ator. Trabalha com
títeres desde 1973 estimulado pelo mestre argentino Javier Villafañe. No México, onde vivi atualmente, seus espetáculos têm recebido diversos prêmios. Seus ensaios sobre linguagem e técnicas em teatro de títeres e seu livro Entrenamiento del titiritero, publicado pela Escenologia, México, em 2000, continua sendo referência importante
para artistas e pedagogos do teatro do teatro de formas animadas.
