Abstract

Estudio sobre de la presencia de títeres en manifestaciones populares,
sacras y religiosas en América Latina; sobre la mezcla, la simbiosis y la yuxtaposición de culturas en la región, lo que resulta en manifestaciones como el Inti-Raymi, fiesta del sol, del solsticio de verano y da la colecta, como hoy es realizado por los pueblos descendientes de las culturas antiguas del Ecuador. El texto apunta la presencia de diversos títeres, bailarines mascarados y más detalladamente el análisis del títeremáscara
La Palla.

Fernando Moncayo, La Rana Sabia Títeres (Ecuador)

Titeritero, escritor e pintor com estudos em Belas Artes em Bogotá. Fundador do Grupo La Rana Sabia, em Quito, em 1973. Criador de projetos artísticos para crianças campesinas, pela UNICEF. Publicou revistas e jornais. Criador de 40 espetáculos de teatro de títeres e 100 vídeos educativos para instituições do Equador e da Itália.
