Abstract

A encenação de Palomares (1978) tornou-se um marco do Teatro de Bonecos no Brasil, tanto do ponto de vista da técnica quanto do conteúdo. Este estudo opta por se ater a uma única obra pelo fato de que seria injusto reduzir o trabalho de Ana Maria Amaral a tópicos e apontamentos superficiais. Este artigo, na sua maior parte, foi escrito com base em entrevistas realizadas desde 2010. Nele estão expressos aspectos da sua vida observados no contexto da estruturação da sua poética.

Author Biography

Wagner Cintra, Universidade Estadual Paulista – Unesp – São Paulo

Diretor teatral, com mestrado e doutorado pela ECA-USP. Professor no Curso de Licenciatura em Arte-Teatro e no
Bacharelado em Artes Cênicas do Instituto de Artes da Unesp. Orienta mestrandos e doutorandos no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Artes, Área de Concentração Artes Cênicas, na mesma universidade. É líder do Grupo de Pesquisa Poéticas Híbridas, no qual desenvolve trabalhos
de investigação acerca das teatralidades híbridas observadas na interface do teatro com as artes visuais. Desde 2008 é o coordenador e diretor artístico do Teatro Didático da Unesp.
