Abstract

O texto apresenta parte do percurso artístico do Teatro Del Carretto, da cidade de Lucca, Itália. A autora, sua diretora, relata alguns procedimentos criativos utilizados em onze encenações teatrais evidenciando a opção por originais recursos dramatúrgicos, o uso de máscaras, bonecos e se atém principalmente sobre o trabalho do ator. Neste último aspecto, destaca múltiplos artifícios utilizados pelo elenco, tais como o uso do grotesco, travestimentos, deformações e o comportamento marionetizado do ator, para construir um universo de surpresa e sonho.

Maria Grazia Cipriani, Teatro Del Carretto (Itália)

Diretora teatral, dramaturga e fundadora, juntamente com Graziano Gregori, do Teatro Del Carretto, em 1983. O grupo tem sua sede no Teatro Del Giglio, na cidade de Lucca, Itália. As produções artísticas do Grupo sob a direção de Maria Grazia foram agraciadas com diversos importantes prêmios dentro da Itália e em outros países da Europa.
