Resumo

O objetivo deste artigo é refletir sobre as questões que envolvem as inovações baseadas em inteligência artificial, do ponto de vista do UX Design. Procuramos contextualizar o crescimento de conteúdo, os avanços tecnológicos e a valorização dos dados armazenados e processados em alta velocidade. Tratamos do processo de inovação e da experiência do usuário com interfaces baseadas em inteligência artificial, tecnologia em ascensão, porém com pouca maturidade no campo do design. Foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica para gerar reflexões em um artigo teórico. Desafios foram identificados para melhorar a experiência dos usuários com as interfaces baseadas em aprendizado de máquina.

Doutora e Mestre em Design (M.Sc. e D.Sc.) pela PUC-Rio, Brasil. Atua como pesquisadora e professora do PPGDesign Design da PUC-Rio no Laboratório de Ergodesign e Usabilidade de Interfaces (LEUI).
