Abstract

Neste texto apresentamos uma discussão sobre os procedimentos do grupo paulistano Teatro da Vertigem, analisando aspectos como a violência cênica e o sexo explícito como elementos do grotesco. Tais aspectos parecem propor uma forma distinta de recepção das obras do grupo, que frequentemente se apropria de espaços alternativos de representação, buscando grande proximidade entre o público e elementos grotescos.
