Fundado en 1987. Artistas que construyen ciudadanía proyectados hacia
un universo comunitario buscando mejorar la calidad de vida de niñas,
niños, jóvenes y adultos mediante el trabajo cultural, artístico y social;

década de 1980, colocam em cena as cidadãs e cidadãos, não se identificam por
uma estética mas por um propósito, não tratam especificamente de teatro mas
da cultura em grande espectro, se propõem a gerar resultados na comunidade,
não identificam integrantes – artistas ou gestores – em suas páginas. Nestes
textos, há um projeto agregador e civilizatório em torno da função formativa dos
valores culturais. Parecem ser

arte endógena – sobre/com/para as vizinhas e vizinhos, em um coletivo aberto a
entradas e saídas, cujos integrantes têm outra fonte de renda e antes investem
seu próprio dinheiro no grupo do que vivem de sua arrecadação (Forero, 2020).
