The relations of power and subjugation found inserted in it are evidenced. A game of forces is structured, in which all the system loses, a game with no winners. In the past, to order to kill the strangers, the ones that in some way affected the structure of power, was something common. Nowadays, the ethics doesn't allow the elimination by death. The kill happen in the psychologi field, excluding. Then appears, as na emerging theme in the beginning of the century XXI, the question of differences and of exlusion. The question of the learning with the living, with the respect, and with the etics.

Key words: Differences.
