View of This interview with Emmanuel Nassar addresses his artistic trajectory, creative processes, and reflections on artistic production, with an emphasis on chromatic relationships and the use of irony in his body of work. The text results from a series of dialogues initiated in August 2025 and developed throughout the same year between both artists. Embedded within a research project dedicated to the study of color and irony, the interview raises questions that deepen the understanding of chromatic development in Nassar’s work, as well as its possible connections to personal thoughts, narratives, and circumstances, particularly with regard to the use of irony in his visual practice.
